Job Description

We are seeking individuals for our parttime Community Home Helper positions. This role is perfect for those who have accumulated a wealth of life experience and wish to use it to support elderly individuals in their homes helping them maintain their independence with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and engaging conversation drawing on your life experiences.
  • Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation light housekeeping and running errands.
  • Help with personal care in a manner that respects the clients dignity.
  • Encourage and support physical activities and exercises.
  • Offer medication reminders and assist with mobility.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social events providing transportation if needed.
