About the Role
As a Home Care Assistant you will support our clients in their own homes helping them maintain their independence and enjoy a comfortable safe and fulfilling life. From assisting with daily activities to providing muchneeded companionship your role will be key in enhancing their overall wellbeing.
What will I be doing
Supporting clients with personal care such as bathing dressing and mobility
Preparing meals and assisting with light household tasks to ensure a safe and tidy environment
Offering companionship and emotional support helping clients feel valued and connected
Driving clients to appointments or social outings providing reliable and friendly transportation
Following personalised care plans and keeping an eye on any changes in their needs or health
Maintaining accurate records of the care you provide and any observations about their wellbeing
Helping clients use technology to stay in touch with loved ones or enjoy entertainment
