Job Description

This is a remote position.

Our client is a global technology company revolutionizing the hotel industry through cuttingedge AIpowered Revenue Management solutions and a strong focus on sustainable profitability. With a dynamic multicultural team and a commitment to innovation they are expanding their presence across Europe.

We are seeking an experienced motivated and resultsdriven Senior Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the region focusing on building strong relationships with smalltomediumsized hotel chains and driving revenue growth.

What You ll Do:

  • Take full commercial responsibility for your assigned region leading the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decisionmakers in the hospitality sector (CEOs Commercial Directors and Revenue Managers).
  • Leverage your hospitality network to generate leads and close deals contributing directly to the company s growth in Europe.
  • Represent the company as an industry leader at events webinars and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful client integrations.
  • Provide insights and feedback to product and leadership teams to support continuous innovation and customer success.




Requirements


What You Bring:
  • 5 years of sales experience in the hotel industry specifically in Revenue Management or selling B2B SaaS solutions to hoteliers.
  • A proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets in competitive markets.
  • An extensive network within the hospitality industry across Europe.
  • Fluency in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • A resultsdriven selfmotivated attitude with exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of the hotel revenue and distribution ecosystem with experience working in dynamic and fastgrowing environments.
