Required Experience: 510 years of leading large transformation programs
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Alignment:
Ensure all program activities align with the client s strategic priorities.
Establish a framework to oversee multiple workstreams.
Set and monitor stretching yet achievable targets and milestones.
Value Management:
Manage program budgets (committed vs. inprogress) to prevent overshoots.
Continuously align program activities to the business case and ensure the realization of business value as planned.
Critical Path Execution:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the program plan remains on track.
Resolve or escalate programrelated issues promptly.
Ensure decisions are datadriven and factbased.
Organizational Change Management:
Drive change management activities during program execution to avoid disruptions to businessasusual operations.
Foster a collaborative working environment between TCS and the client.
Manage consistent and effective communication across the enterprise in relation to the program.
Program Insights and Reporting:
Provide meaningful insights and detailed reports to the program steering committee executives and key stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
Significant experience (510 years) in leading digital and business transformation programs.
Fluency in both French and English with strong communication and leadership skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Expertise in aligning IT and business strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Demonstrated analytical and problemsolving capabilities with the ability to address complex IT and business challenges effectively.
Strong collaborative skills for working in crossfunctional environments and building relationships with diverse teams.
Uptodate knowledge of industry trends and a passion for continuous learning.
Organized and detailoriented with a transparent and systematic approach to work.
Proactive engagement with both TCS and client ecosystems to ensure effective communication and smooth program execution.
