Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Transformation Lead to spearhead a digital transformation program for a prominent BFSI (Banking Financial Services and Insurance) client in Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading largescale transformation programs ensuring strategic alignment and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Alignment:

    • Ensure all program activities align with the client s strategic priorities.

    • Establish a framework to oversee multiple workstreams.

    • Set and monitor stretching yet achievable targets and milestones.

  2. Value Management:

    • Manage program budgets (committed vs. inprogress) to prevent overshoots.

    • Continuously align program activities to the business case and ensure the realization of business value as planned.

  3. Critical Path Execution:

    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the program plan remains on track.

    • Resolve or escalate programrelated issues promptly.

    • Ensure decisions are datadriven and factbased.

  4. Organizational Change Management:

    • Drive change management activities during program execution to avoid disruptions to businessasusual operations.

    • Foster a collaborative working environment between TCS and the client.

    • Manage consistent and effective communication across the enterprise in relation to the program.

  5. Program Insights and Reporting:

    • Provide meaningful insights and detailed reports to the program steering committee executives and key stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

  • Significant experience (510 years) in leading digital and business transformation programs.

  • Fluency in both French and English with strong communication and leadership skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Expertise in aligning IT and business strategies to achieve organizational goals.

  • Demonstrated analytical and problemsolving capabilities with the ability to address complex IT and business challenges effectively.

  • Strong collaborative skills for working in crossfunctional environments and building relationships with diverse teams.

  • Uptodate knowledge of industry trends and a passion for continuous learning.

  • Organized and detailoriented with a transparent and systematic approach to work.

  • Proactive engagement with both TCS and client ecosystems to ensure effective communication and smooth program execution.
