Job Description
A Real Estate Property Consultant is responsible for assisting clients in buying residential and commercial properties. They evaluate property listings market trends and client needs to provide tailored recommendations. Consultants build strong relationships with clients negotiate terms and ensure successful transactions while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Engage with clients to determine their property requirements and financial capabilities.
- Build and maintain a network of potential clients property owners and developers.
- Research identify and showcase properties that meet client preferences.
- responsible for generating leads managing client relationships and closing property sales or lease agreements.
- Identify and target potential clients through various marketing and networking efforts.
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert prospects into clients.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage and influence clients.
- Ability to manage multiple client portfolios and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledgeable about the property market and best practices
- At least 13 years of experience in real estate sales or property consultancy.
- Proven track record of successful property transactions is a plus.
