Job Description
Job timings: Mon Fri US (EST)
Job Location: Remote
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance an onpremises Tomcat/Java J2EE product.
- Address performance tuning dependency updates and security improvements.
- Diagnose and resolve Java outofmemory issues and analyze dump files.
- Provide exceptional support to customers in the field troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless transition and support for cloud offerings.
Technical Skills Required
- Languages & Frameworks:
- Java
- Struts
- Hibernate
- Server & Tools:
- Tomcat
- Windows SQL Server
- InstallShield
- Key Competencies:
- Performance tuning and optimization.
- Experience with dependency updates and security best practices.
- Proficiency in handling Java outofmemory conditions and dump file analysis.
- Strong customer support skills for fieldbased deployments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Java J2EE development.
- Strong understanding of Windows development and server environments.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
