Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Abington Massachusetts (Onsite)
Duration: Full Time/Permanent
Job Description:
Our client who we have a direct relationship with the hiring manager is immediately hiring a Senior Project Manager to join their team in the greater Boston MA area.
MUST HAVE:
Bachelors Degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field
5 years of commercial construction project management experience
Retail/Remodel/Structural Steel Experience
Manage 34 projects
DAY TO DAY:
The Senior Project Manager oversees the full scope of construction management and financial cost control. You will review project documents address design issues assist in bid preparation and plan logistics safety and scheduling. Coordinate daily with the team manage staff and budgets ensure quality control maintain schedules handle client communication and manage contracts and payments. Complete punch lists close out contracts finalize budgets and document lessons learned.
