Job Description

JOB TITLE: Brand Manager

LOCATION: Lagos State

TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: Onsite

SALARY BUDGET: Open for negotiation based on experience

EXPERIENCE LENGTH: At least 3 years

SUMMARY

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Brand Manager with experience in personal care brands and a strong background in brand development including media and digital platform management. The successful candidate will be digitally proficient with the ability to design and implement creative marketing strategies across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities include analyzing consumer and market trends creating impactful marketing campaigns overseeing social media and digital presence coordinating events such as product launches and ensuring the brand remains relevant in a competitive market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct thorough consumer and market research to uncover insights into customer preferences behaviors and market trends ensuring strategic datadriven decisionmaking for brand growth.

Assess the brands current market positioning identifying opportunities to improve visibility relevance and competitive edge.

Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand s message and values fostering engagement and loyalty among target audiences.

Monitor measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns providing detailed reports and actionable insights to refine and optimize future initiatives.

Stay updated on emerging consumer trends ensuring the brand remains relevant competitive and aligned with evolving market demands.

Collaborate creatively across departments including sales product development and design to implement cohesive and impactful brand strategies.

Plan and manage key events such as product launches exhibitions and photo shoots ensuring alignment with the brands identity and delivering memorable experiences for stakeholders and audiences.



Requirements

  • 2 4 years in brand management particularly in personal care or beauty care sectors.
  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record in brand development including handling media digital platforms and addressing core brand challenges.
  • Highly digitalsavvy with demonstrable expertise in digital marketing strategies and platforms.
  • Creative young and energetic with a passion for driving brand innovation.
  • Solid experience in managing brand presence on social media and digital ecosystems.
  • Ability to strategize and execute campaigns effectively across various channels.
