JOB PURPOSE
To teach English language to preIGCSE and IGCSE classes. To act as
a homeroom teacher and mentor to students. To contribute to the life of
the school.
REPORTING TO
Secondary English Curriculum Coordinator
DIRECT REPORTS
Designated Teaching assistants

Requirements
PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS
A love of education and teaching.
Qualified Teacher status with a minimum of two years teaching experience.
Experience of IPC/IGCSE/A level teaching is preferred where appropriate.
Excellent subject knowledge.
Skills in curriculum development and assessment.
Experience teaching in a bilingual setting is desirable.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for producing reports and presentations.
Good crosscultural interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and
cultures.
Excellent analytical skills with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success.
Results orientated with the ability to consistently map efforts against identified KPIs.
Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multifunctional tasks.
You d like to work in a purposeled sector.
A genuine interest in teaching and professional development Open-minded, patient, an adventurous spirit and professional flexibility 3 years or* above relevant teaching experiences Bachelor's degree from an accredited university Native English speaker TEFL, CELTA, or TESOL certificate Teachers license obtained from English native speaking countries is preferred Teaching experiences in English native speaking countries is preferred
