Career Consulting Partners is excited to collaborate with a prominent Southern California law firm that has been serving families for over a century. This esteemed firm specializes in a broad spectrum of legal services including business real estate tax law estate planning probate and employment law. Through carefully planned mergers they have expanded their practice to include intellectual property and financial services now proudly employing over 50 attorneys.
We are in search of a seasoned attorney whodlike to transition from working on cases to originating cases by joining our firm via an Of Counsel structure by which you would be highly incentivized to originate vs bill.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must align with the practice areas mentioned
- Leverage your legal expertise and network to identify and attract potential clients.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless integration of new cases into the firm.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership and good standing with the California State Bar.
- 10 years of experience in business law real estate law tax law estate planning probate law employment law IP law or Financial Services law.
- Established professional network and ability to leverage relationships to generate new business.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Selfmotivated and entrepreneurial mindset capable of working independently while aligning with the firms objectives.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in client interactions and representation.
