Team DAKS is looking for a General Manager to oversee the daily operations and staff of their designated Dominos store. The General Manager is expected to be hands on working with the management team and alongside other team members to ensure that all customers receive great customer service!
Job Duties
- Bring passion energy and enthusiasm to everything you do including food preparation and taking care of our customers
- Continuously train and develop team members to make sure the store is fully staffed.
- Controls the restaurant budget and adheres to operational goals set by the leadership team
- Required weekly store visits
- Motivate team members to achieve revenue goals
- Ensure compliance with Federal State and Local laws and ethical business practices
Qualifications :
- Experience growing and promoting new leaders.
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a leadership position
- Management experience in the restaurant or retail industry preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills including public speaking
