To perform quality massage therapies and body treatments as prescribed in Standard Training Manual.
To ensure that all equipment associated with service function at all time.
To be able to answer all questions related to services and identify the benefit or advantage of treatments required to the guests.
To assist with demonstrations and events as required.
To participate in a new training and refreshing program as required.
To update the Therapist Log Book.
To complete all assignments stated by deadlines with the spa manager or supervisor’s guidelines.
To respond to the change as indicated by the company.
1. Delivering Spa Treatments:
Perform a variety of spa treatments, such as massages, facials, scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy.
Tailor treatments to meet individual client needs and preferences.
Use proper techniques, tools, and products during treatments to ensure client satisfaction.
2. Client Interaction:
Welcome clients warmly and conduct consultations to understand their preferences and needs.
Provide professional advice on recommended treatments, skincare routines, and relaxation techniques.
Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
3. Maintaining a Relaxing Environment:
Create a calm and serene atmosphere in treatment rooms and spa areas.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper setup of treatment rooms before and after sessions.
Manage ambiance with appropriate lighting, music, and scents.
Certificate in massage
Previous spa experience
Able to communicate in English, Arabic
Well groomed and high standard of personal hygiene
Enthusiastic and willing to learn
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in various spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Customer Service: Strong commitment to providing a luxurious and personalized experience for each client.
