Job Description

Position : Google Ads Manager (PH Search)

Working Schedule : Mondays to Fridays 10 AM 6 PM GMT (UK Time)

Salary Range : $900$1500/ Monthly

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Google Ads Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Google Ads Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Google Ad campaigns creating and optimizing ad campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing a proven track record of successful Google Ads campaigns and the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage all aspects of Google Ad campaigns:

  • Oversee the planning execution and monitoring of Google Ad campaigns.
  • Ensure alignment with overall marketing goals and strategies.

Create and optimize ad campaigns and paid search landing pages:

  • Develop compelling ad copy and design effective paid search landing pages.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for better performance.

Analyze and optimize ad campaigns to increase ROI:

  • Utilize data and analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Implement strategies to improve ROI and achieve marketing objectives.

Use Google Ads to drive a variety of online marketing campaigns:

  • Leverage Google Ads for diverse online marketing initiatives such as YouTube Ads
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Analyze and optimize PPC campaigns to increase ROI:

  • Conduct a thorough analysis of payperclick (PPC) campaigns.
  • Implement strategies to enhance PPC campaign performance.

Manage and optimize display campaigns across multiple devices:

  • Develop and manage display campaigns for various devices.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.

Develop PPC strategies to increase online visibility:

  • Formulate and implement strategies to enhance online visibility.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in PPC and online advertising.

Collaborate with a team of marketers Google Ads specialists and engineers:

  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to align strategies and goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Minimum of 23 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills especially when dealing with international businesses.
  • Learning Attitude: Demonstrable experience in marketing with the potential and attitude required to learn and adapt.
  • Campaign Management: Proven experience in leading crosschannel marketing campaigns paid ads management and email campaigns.
  • Analytical Skills: Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns. Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
  • Numerical Literacy: Comfortable working with numbers metrics and spreadsheets.
  • Creativity: A sense of aesthetics and a passion for great copy and witty communication.
  • Market Awareness: Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

DEVICE / CONNECTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 50mbps internet speed
  • Must have their own Permanent Work From Home Equipment like Laptop and Personal Computer with External Monitor.
