Mortgage Broker
Ruislip
£25000 £30000 Basic salary (depending on experience)
£65000 OTE
Our client a wellestablished and successful Estate Agency is looking for an experienced and talented Mortgage Broker to join their expanding team.
This position will offer a lead rich environment with initial appointments being passed over by the front of house team for active buyers and sellers seeking mortgage advise. As a Mortgage Broker you will liaise with clients and lenders for a variety of markets and require a good level of knowledge of the mortgage market and process from application through to offer and completion. You should be able to offer a high level of client care and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Role Responsibilities:
• To provide a quality compliant and efficient mortgage advice service to clients.
• Establishing strong relationships with clients and identifying and contacting potential clients.
• Gathering sufficient client information and identify client needs.
• Analyse information gathered and undertake sufficient research to make suitable recommendations.
• Provide a seamless process of the mortgage application completing all supporting documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensuring that the level of service is delivered in a timely manner.
• Attaining and maintaining competent status as defined by the FCA and the firm and comply with the Compliance and Training & Competence Schemes/Procedures of the firm as well as the requirements of the FCA.
• Maintaining performance standards in accordance with those outlined in the Key Performance Indicators section of the firm’s Training & Competence scheme.
Required skills/qualifications and experience
• The ideal candidate will have a qualification in CeMAP level 3 or equivalent (essential)
• Experience with residential specialist complex and buy to let mortgages
• You have a strong track record as a Mortgage Broker writing mortgages as well as upselling various mortgage products
• Banking or Financial background preferred but not essential
• Sales experience working towards targets or objectives preferred but not essential
• Client service is paramount for you
• Strong communication skills verbal and written
• Selfmotivated to work towards targets
