Job Description
Job Title: Operations Manager
Location : Pune

Key Responsibilities:
Constantly driving to exceed the monthly sales target of the team.
Provide excellent customer service with quality products.
Review the sales performance of the team on a daytoday basis to be on target.
Avail all opportunities to upswell products. Increase penetration and ATV.
Total control on inventory and stock at the counter
Ensure high professional standards of customer services.
Ensure proper grooming of staff in neat and clean uniform cleanliness of the outlet.
Maintain proper discipline of the team members as per the company rules & regulations.
Attendance data OT leave etc to be collated and reported to HR department as per schedule.
Retention Motivation coaching and counselling are important responsibilities of the position.
Ensure all statutory training requirements of staff deployed inside the Airport.
Provide documented feedback to the reporting team members.

Graduate from IHM (Reputate IHM)
Graduate from IHM (Reputate IHM)
SPECIFIC SKILLS:
Good at communication in English and Hindi. Added advantage if proficient in local language of respective locations.

Negotiation skills
Computer savvy
