Job Description
Job Title: Functional WFM (Workforce Management) Lead IFS Clevest
Location: Remote Travel (One Week in a month) in Los Angeles CA 90008
Duration: 69 Months Contract
Interview process: Phone followed by Video Interview.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience any Workforce Management System
- Experience with Implementation Configuration Existing Solution to Tailer.
- Utility experience nice to have.
- Ability to work independently multitask and meet deadlines.
- Analytical interpretation of data
- Proficiency in Client Excel SQL
- Must be able to work with all levels of the organization in capturing managing and communicating metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to develop creative and breakthrough solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Welldeveloped analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information.
- An ability to identify the root causes of issues by analyzing patterns and trends.
- Selfmotivating adaptable and able to inspire and motivate others.
- Prior experience working in an environment of frequent change
