Job Description
Title : Escrow Officer
Location : Daphne AL
Salary : $71000 $100000 Per Annum Plus Benefits
Job Duties:
- Responsible for all aspects of the real estate transaction. Process title review title commitments conduct closings and issuance of title policy/policies.
- Communicate to all parties in a professional courteous and pleasant manner.
- Provide superior customer service in alignment with the companys mission vision and core values. Ensure that critical title information is delivered promptly and accurately.
- Assist and support other team members with preclosing and postclosing duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
- College degree is preferred but not required
- Alabama Title Insurance License (preferred
