Job Description
Title : Revenue Cycle Manager
Salary : $91000 $110000 Per Annum Plus Benefits
Location : Sacramento CA
Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage the medical billing and coding office to maximize cash flow.
- Oversee billing operations including coding charge entry claims submissions payment posting and accounts receivable followup.
- Ensure compliance with Federal State and payer regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial and accounts receivable reports.
- Supervise billing office personnel and ensure efficient billing and collections operations.
Key Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 8 years in medical insurance and healthcare billing.
- Management Experience: At least 510 direct reports.
- Education: Bachelors degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office medical billing and management.
- Certifications: Certified Coder certificate is a plus.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical billing rules and regulations including Medicare MediCal and other insurances.
