Summary
The primary purpose of the Director of Marketing Operations is to lead manage and hold accountable the members of your department which will include our Media Team Website Implementation Team Digital Advertising Team and our Revenue Management Team. You will play a crucial role in driving the companys growth by delivering final products to our customers while ensuring adherence to quality standards and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. You will be measured by the speed and accuracy of how your teams implement our services and your ability to balance speed/accuracy with an excellent customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead manage and hold accountable (LMA) your direct reports.
- Lead the organization as a member of the executive leadership team.
- Oversee customer implementation and onboarding process.
- Ensure timely implementation of our software products and services for customers. Products you will help implement for our customers:
- Websites & local online presence
- Digital Advertising (Google Meta Bing etc)
- Media (photo & video)
- Revenue Management software
- Hire train and retain highquality employees.
- Continuously analyze and improve operational processes.
- Manage the operational budget.
- As new products are developed weigh in on the feasibility of fast systematic onboarding & implementation.
