Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to lead the redesign of our Content Management System (CMS).
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and CMS platforms.
- This role involves gathering requirements analyzing business processes and ensuring the successful implementation of the new CMS to enhance our content management capabilities.
- Domain expertise in Transportation and Logistics.
- Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering process mapping and documentation of functional and nonfunctional requirements.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Collaborative approach to working with stakeholders and teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for the CMS redesign.
- Analyze current content management processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between business units IT teams and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Develop functional specifications and design documents for the new CMS.
- Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the new CMS meets business requirements.
- Develop training materials and provide training sessions for endusers on the new CMS functionalities.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including requirements design specifications and user guides.
