Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for the CMS redesign.
Analyze current content management processes and identify areas for improvement.
Act as a liaison between business units IT teams and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
Develop functional specifications and design documents for the new CMS.
Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the new CMS meets business requirements.
Develop training materials and provide training sessions for endusers on the new CMS functionalities.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including requirements design specifications and user guides.
