Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator/Developer (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and administer the ServiceNow platform including upgrades patches and performance tuning.
- Design and develop custom workflows scripts business rules and UI policies to meet specific business needs.
- Configure and manage ServiceNow modules such as ITSM ITOM HRSD and CMDB.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs and integration tools.
- Provide support to users by troubleshooting and resolving platformrelated issues ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Implement automation strategies to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for realtime monitoring and analytics.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance policies and maintain accurate system documentation.
Conduct training sessions for endusers and provide knowledge transfer to team members. - Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements propose solutions and deliver highquality outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer.
- Indepth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
- Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and ServiceNow development tools.
- Experience with workflows business rules UI actions ACLs and scripting in ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
