Job Description
Job Title: Hyperion Consultant (Financial Planning) (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation configuration and customization of Oracle Hyperion Financial Planning solutions for budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet financial planning budgeting and forecasting needs.
- Configure and deploy Hyperion Planning applications including financial models workflows and reporting structures.
- Integrate Hyperion Financial Planning with other enterprise systems such as ERP HR and other financial systems for data consistency and accuracy.
- Perform data migrations including data validation and mapping to ensure smooth transitions during system upgrades or implementations.
- Design and develop custom calculations business rules and dynamic reports to meet financial planning and analysis requirements.
- Provide ongoing support troubleshooting and optimization of Hyperion Financial Planning solutions to ensure high performance and availability.
- Conduct user training and prepare user documentation to facilitate the adoption and efficient use of Hyperion Financial Planning applications.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system security data integrity and compliance with financial regulations.
- Assist in the migration of Hyperion Planning from onpremises to cloud solutions (Oracle Cloud EPM) as needed.
- Proven experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Planning including implementation configuration and customization for budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of financial processes such as budgeting forecasting and variance analysis and the ability to map them to Hyperion Planning modules.
- Experience in developing and maintaining financial models business rules and custom reports within Hyperion Planning.
- Familiarity with Hyperion Essbase FDM (Financial Data Management) and integration tools (ODI Web Services etc.) is a plus.
- Experience integrating Hyperion Planning with other enterprise systems (e.g. ERP GL HR systems) to enable seamless data flow.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide efficient solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both technical teams and business users.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Computer Science Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
- Oracle Hyperion Planning certification is a plus.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) or Hyperion Cloud solutions is a plus.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
