Job Title: Siebel CRM Consultant (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation configuration and support of Siebel CRM solutions ensuring they meet the specific business needs of the organization.
- Design develop and customize Siebel applications including workflows business services and user interfaces to enhance system functionality.
- Integrate Siebel CRM with other enterprise applications using Siebel tools like EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) Web Services and other integration methods.
- Provide ongoing system support including troubleshooting performance optimization issue resolution and application updates.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements design solutions and document system specifications.
- Conduct user training and prepare user documentation to ensure effective adoption and efficient use of Siebel CRM across the organization.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across the CRM system including managing records user access and security profiles.
- Perform system upgrades and ensure that Siebel CRM is running the latest patches features and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues including data sync between Siebel CRM and other enterprise systems (e.g. ERP marketing automation tools).
- Monitor and optimize system performance scalability and reliability for large user bases and complex CRM workflows.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Siebel CRM implementation configuration and customization.
- Proficiency in Siebel tools such as Siebel Tools EAI Scripting Workflows and Business Services.
- Strong understanding of CRM business processes (sales service marketing etc.) and the ability to customize Siebel CRM to support these processes.
- Experience with Siebel Open UI integration technologies (e.g. Web Services EAI SOAP REST APIs) and middleware platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a complex environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Siebel CRM certification (e.g. Siebel Consultant or Siebel Developer) is a plus.
- Experience with Siebel CRM in industries such as finance healthcare telecommunications or retail is a plus.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
