Job Description
Job Title: IBM Maximo Specialist Architect (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of IBM Maximo including module setup integrations and workflows to meet specific business needs.
- Customize Maximo applications using Automation Scripts Maximo Workflows Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) and Maximo Application Designer to extend functionality.
- Provide ongoing support for IBM Maximo troubleshoot and resolve issues and apply patches and updates to ensure optimal system performance.
- Conduct user training sessions develop training materials and create system documentation to ensure users are equipped to leverage the full functionality of Maximo.
- Support asset lifecycle management preventive maintenance and work order management processes to optimize operations and reduce downtime.
- Manage and implement integrations with other enterprise systems (ERP CMMS etc.) using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) and other technologies.
- Ensure data integrity within Maximo create custom reports and leverage Maximos reporting tools to provide insights on asset performance maintenance costs and compliance metrics.
- Ensure Maximo configurations comply with industry standards and regulations including best practices for asset and work management.
- Experience with IBM Maximo including system implementation configuration and support.
- Proficient in Maximo system administration Automation Scripts Maximo Application Designer Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) Java and SQL. Experience with integration tools and thirdparty connectors is a plus.
- Strong understanding of asset management work order management inventory management preventive maintenance and other related processes in an enterprise environment.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in IBM Maximo or asset management are a plus.
- IBM Maximo Certified Implementation Specialist is highly desirable.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
