Marketing Manager
About the Job:
The Marketing Manager will own marketing strategies across multiple digital channels including our Shopify Plus ecommerce platform and mobile app powered by Tapcart. You will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that boost customer acquisition retention and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is an experienced ecommerce marketer in the womens apparel space and has handson expertise in Shopify Plus Tapcart and essential Shopify Plus apps along with a proven track record in managing highperforming campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement endtoend marketing strategies across Shopify Plus Tapcart (mobile app) email social media paid advertising influencers and SEO to increase traffic boost conversions and enhance brand visibility.
Plan and launch marketing campaigns around key events such as product launches promotions and Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales. Optimize campaigns for engagement conversions and ROAS.
Ensure seamless integration and optimization of the Shopify Plus store and Tapcart mobile app. Leverage Shopify Plusspecific apps such as Klaviyo Recharge Yotpo and others to improve site functionality customer experience and overall sales.
Manage and optimize paid advertising channels like Google Ads Facebook/Instagram Ads and other PPC platforms. Focus on driving high ROI and scaling campaigns effectively.
Lead email and SMS marketing efforts using Klaviyo and other tools. Craft segmented campaigns to boost open rates conversions and customer loyalty.
Oversee onpage and offpage SEO strategies in coordination with content marketing efforts to increase organic traffic and site rankings.
Guide and direct clients social media strategy as part of a comprehensive organic brand strategy with the primary goal of reaching and growing our audience.
Build and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to create impactful partnerships. Leverage influencer content to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Manage and enhance the VIP Perks loyalty program and referral programs to drive repeat purchases and increase CLTV. Utilize mobile app strategies via Tapcart to engage customers on the go.
Use Shopify Plus analytics Google Analytics and other tools to track performance metrics like conversion rates CLTV and customer acquisition cost (CAC). Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on data.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product design and customer service to ensure consistent brand messaging. Partner with developers to implement enhancements and resolve technical issues on Shopify Plus.
