Job Description
Northwest Partners is looking to hire an experienced Product Compliance Manager (Privacy and Responsibility) to work on a project with one of our premier clients in the social media industry.
Applicants must be able to work for any US employer without additional work visa sponsorship.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance and refine existing control frameworks to ensure compliance with privacy and safety regulations.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to act as the first line of defense monitoring controls and risk remediations for adherence to established standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the product team and stakeholders to support compliance assessments and audits including managing documentation and transparency reporting.
- Drive process improvement initiatives related to compliance and regulatory management across the product lifecycle.
- Support regulatory engagements by coordinating internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to external requests and inquiries.
- 5 years of program management experience with a focus on audit compliance or regulatory engagements.
- Proven experience collaborating with product and/or engineering teams with the ability to understand technical solutions and product offerings.
- Strong knowledge of global and regional privacy and safety frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fastpaced environment with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in product management or data analytics is a plus.
