Summary:

• Prepares and applies finishes to aircraft furniture ensuring highquality results aligned with specifications and engineering designs.

• The role involves finishing repairing and polishing furniture using various tools and materials while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 2 years of wood finishing experience.

• Basic knowledge of cabinet finishing processes and products.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints specifications and engineering drawings.

• Proficient in using sanding tools spray equipment adhesives and solvents.

• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs climb ladders/stairs and work in confined spaces or any shift.

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

• Basic computer literacy.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in the aerospace industry.

• Familiarity with inspection and process specifications.

• Knowledge of Lean SixSigma and process improvement techniques.

• Attention to detail and ability to perform highquality repairs and finishing tasks.
