MustHaves for the Role:

Education and Experience:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience required.
At least 2 years of experience as a BI Developer.
Experience in the healthcare domain is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Tableau and PowerBI for analytics visualization (Tableau experience is required).
Familiarity with data modeling and query logic leveraging MSSQL or similar programming languages.
Ability to extract integrate and analyze data from sources such as AllScripts SCM and Infinity databases.
Experience working with Oracle Health Cerner HealthAnalytics/Population Health platforms to access and analyze data.
Healthcare Data Expertise:
Competence with healthcare data sets including clinical administrative financial and operational data.
Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as ICD CPT HCPCS LOINC and SNOMED.
Communication Skills:
Strong ability to communicate effectively with both clinical and technical audiences.
Capacity to present and explain data analysis results findings and recommendations in a clear relevant and actionable manner.
