Manage each projects scope and timeline
Coordinate sprints retrospective meetings and daily standups
Coach team members in Agile frameworks
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
Help teams implement changes effectively
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it
To adhere to quality standards regulatory requirements and company policies To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. To independently resolve tickets & ensure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management Training freshers coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
