Job Description
Job Title: Java Developer
Location: Chantilly VA Hybrid
Duration: / Term: 6 months Contract
Job Description:
- Responsible for analysis design coding and testing of new applications or enhancements to existing applications using Javabased technologies including Java J2EE JSP XML JDBC and Servlets.
- Must be able to apply the SDLC concept and have a proven track record of delivering solid robust applications.
- Must have a solid understanding of ObjectOriented Programming.
- Strong communication skills are required as the position will interact with business owners.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent.
- 5 6 Years of working experience required on Java J2EE JSP XML JDBC.
- Experience from range of technologies such as Angular and React interfaces REST Spring Boot services and SAML
- Serverside technologies such as JBOSS MessagingMOM (JMS MQSeries) EJB 2.0/3.0 and Web Services (REST).
- Computer Science fundamentals in objectoriented (OO) design patterns distributed databases and data modeling techniques
- Experience in the development of distributed/scalable systems and highvolume transaction applications.
- Knowledge of working with GIT Jenkins Maven and Automated Deployment /Devops will be a plus.
- Database design and writing complex SQL in an Oracle environment.
- Experience in an Agile development environment utilizing the Scrum methodology.
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of healthcare messaging standards such as HL7 ASTM etc
Key Skills:
Java J2EE JSP XML JDBC REST Spring Boot services SAML Angular React JBOSS Healthcare.
