- Conduct HRMIS system training for subordinates and other related colleagues
- Make recommendations on hiring promotion increments and termination of subordinates
- Counsel and motivate subordinates in work related matters
- In charge of cross training for all HR colleagues
- Planning on HR staff annual leave and compensation off applications
- Perform any tasks as assigned by the Director of Talent & Culture.
Qualifications :
We are looking for a wellorganized and creative candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can display a passion for perfection and work in a dynamic environment. In addition the candidate should possess:
- Diploma/Certificate / Bachelor in Human Resources
- At least 8 years in Human Resources field with 5 years in supervisory role
- Experience in service in hotel industry
- Thorough knowledge of local labor law and procedures
- Good communication skills
- Good connection with local government officials
- Knowledge of HRMIS system
- Basic training skills
- Experience in handling labor law matters
- Computer literate to basic MS software
