As an Adventure & Activities Guide at Hawar Resort by Mantis you will lead and manage a diverse range of exhilarating land and sea activities designed to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate is adventurous enthusiastic and skilled in delivering engaging activities while ensuring the highest standards of safety leadership and guest satisfaction. Proficiency in English and Arabic coupled with excellent communication skillsis essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• WaterBased Activities: Lead snorkeling activities while ensuring safety protocols. Organize and manage fishing excursions with guest guidance and expertise.
• LandBased Activities: Conduct desert mountain biking tours ensuring guest engagement. Lead desert safari tours with informative and enjoyable experiences. Plan and oversee hiking and desert camping prioritizing safety and enjoyment.
• Guest Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest experiences. Deliver detailed briefings and instructions for activities.
• Safety Management: Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols. Perform equipment safety checks and ensure participant wellbeing.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate activities with other resort teams. Offer feedback and suggestions to improve activity offerings.

Qualifications :

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in guiding adventure and outdoor activities.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Swimming and Water Activities: Strong swimming skills with experience in snorkeling and fishing activities.
• LandBased Expertise: Proficient in guiding desert mountain biking safari tours hiking and camping.
• Driving License: Valid GCC Driving License or convertible license from the home country.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with guests and team members.
• Passion and Focus: Enthusiastic about adventure activities emphasizing safety and guest satisfaction.
• Adaptability: Capable of meeting diverse guest needs and preferences.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in guiding adventure and outdoor activities.
