Job Description
- To assist the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in overseeing the kitchen and stewarding operations of the outlet
- To interact with Food & Beverage Sales & Marketing to ensure guests receive high levels of service
- To be entrepreneurial and to think beyond the boundaries
- To control food cost and manage labor relationship well
Qualifications :
Being strong at Western culinary skill
Experience of the same position for some years
Additional Information :
Professional English and fluent Vietnamese
