As an Accounts Executive you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the companys operations. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining accurate financial records ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and supporting HR and management functions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Organize and file documents and vouchers related to accounts.
- Ensure timely payment of statutory dues and filing of returns (e.g. TDS GST advance tax PF).
- Raise sales/service invoices and process payments.
- Follow up on outstanding dues with vendors and reconcile account statements.
- Finalize accounts as per MCA and IT department guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss (P&L) statements balance sheets and other financial reports.
- Handle TDS and GSTrelated tasks including filing returns.
- Ensure compliance with all financial and statutory regulations.
- Collaborate with HR finance and management teams to support operational needs.
- Assist in employee record maintenance and policy implementation as required.
- Any other associated task or responsibilities assigned from time to time by the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Commerce or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
- Experience with finalization of accounts and reconciliation tasks.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Tally QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of GST TDS and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
