Requirements

We are looking for a Recruitment manager who will own endtoend Recruitment function for all the Clients and will be the custodian for the implementation of Recruitment Strategy (with Quality Timelines and Budget Utilization) and its link to business outcomes. Additionally you are also a partner for hiring managers and people operations team members. As a Manager for the team you are also responsible for their deliverables and performance.

Responsibility Deliverables:
Delivery Management Work allocation & Talent Pipeline Management
  • Regular interactions with Client Services Team to understand the specs for open roles and TAT in which it needs to be closed in.
  • Allocating roles to recruiters in team as per their skillsets with specified timelines and strategies.
  • Daily Discussions with the Client Services Team to highlight delivery challenges if any identifying solutions and strategizing if needed.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing networking and relationshipbuilding.
Team & Performance Management
  • Lead mentor and develop a team of recruiters to ensure they are equipped to meet hiring targets and deliver a highquality candidate experience.
  • Evaluating each team members performance on weekly/ monthly basis and sharing appropriate feedback to fill in gaps.
  • Keeping a check on previous days productivity for every individual and setting team s expectations for the present day.
  • Ensuring that the roles are allocated basis the competence ratings of every team member with a clear sourcing target Strategies & timeline.
  • QC for CV s Sourced to ensure that only highly relevant profiles are shared with the clients.
  • Ensuring that daily CV Submissions targets achieved with in the specified TAT.
  • Keeping a strong check on Team Followups Interview Selections joining (Daily/Weekly/Monthly Basis) to control dropouts every stage of recruitment.
Daily reports & checks
  • Ensuring that the right no. of screened profiles are shared with client within the specified timelines.
  • Ensuring that there are no misses in daily followups
  • Sharing accurate trackers daily with the clients in the specified format.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Minimum of 815 years of experience in talent acquisition in the IT industry.
  • Experience in a Recruitment firm/Consultancy is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of US staffing is mandatory including knowledge of different labor markets and compliances.
  • Proficient in using ATS Recruitment Tools and Technologies including Dice Naukri LinkedIn and other Sourcing Platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisionmaking.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Team Handling Skills and Excellent Leadership Skills
  • Target Oriented
