Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning their dream vacations by managing reservations addressing inquiries and confirming bookings.
- Communicate with clients via phone email and inperson consultations to handle reservations changes or cancelations.
- Process payments issue invoices or receipts and ensure all travel details are accurately documented.
