Job Description
About the role:
The ideal candidate will have expertise in both frontend and backend development with a deep understanding of banking systems and the ability to build robust scalable and secure solutions.
Technical Skills:
1. Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java Python or C#.
2. FrontEnd: Expertise in HTML CSS JavaScript and frameworks like React Angular or Vue.js.
3. BackEnd: Experience with Node.js Spring Boot or Django.
4. Database: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
5. Tools & Platforms: Proficiency with Git CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Requirements
Experience:
1. 3 years in full stack development with at least 2 years working on financial or core banking systems.
2. Familiarity with banking protocols ISO 8583/20022 or API standards (e.g. Open Banking).
Soft Skills:
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Detailoriented with a commitment to delivering high quality work.
Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) in frontend development, preferably in financial or enterprise-level applications. Familiarity with core banking systems and domain-specific challenges is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high quality work.
