Les Responsabilits

Un Premier Conseiller de Vente temps plein aide diriger lentreprise grce son leadership et participe activement la mise en place dune exprience client. Le Premier Conseiller de Vente doit tre sr de lui analytique et digne de confiance en tant que leader dune entreprise de plusieurs millions de dollars. Il utilise lapprentissage appliqu pour voluer en tant que chef dentreprise et amliorer les rsultats du magasin. Le Premier Conseiller de Vente dirige une quipe demploys pour sassurer que les tches et les procdures oprationnelles sont russies et que les routines douverture et de fermeture sont effectues tout en gardant le client au centre de tout ce que nous faisons.

The Job

A FullTime Key Holder helps drive the business through leadership and is actively involved in ensuring a differentiated customer experience. Key Holders should be assertive analytical and trustworthy as a leader of a multimillion dollar business. They utilize applied learning to evolve as a business leader and improve store results. The Key Holder leads a team of associates to ensure operational tasks and procedures are successful as well as opening and closing routines are completed all while keeping the customer at the center of everything we do.
