The role

Responsible for aligning and executing marketing campaigns and overall accountability for all funnel campaigns media spend and optimization. This role involves managing SAC in Sweden overseeing editorial social media and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. Additional duties include the PR strategy of Sweden coordinating with Content and Commercial teams to meet targets managing assigned budgets across products and ensuring efficient workflows.

• Lead and manage the Swedish Marketing and PR team while beingan integral member of the Swedish Management Team.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies guidelines and campaigns for Viaplay and our linear channels.
• Oversee and optimize campaign budgets across all products. Full funnel responsibility with data driven approach to improve and optimize campaign efficiency.
• Enhance the value and effectiveness of campaigns and PR activities.
• Drive growth profitability and audience engagement.
• Strengthen our brand positioning and perception in the market.
• Maximize return on investment across external media and internal platforms.
• Innovate with bold ideas to optimize performance and push boundaries.
• Collaborate closely with Product Sales and Tech teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches and business goals.
• Develop and nurture top talent within the marketing organization fostering a culture in line with company values.

What were looking for

• You have 10 years experience leading product marketing teams.
  
• Ecommerce expertise is a plus with a strong background in media buying data tracking and building highperforming teams.
• Proven ability of managed digital transformation projects.
• Ambitious proactive and thrives in a fastpaced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in matrixed multinational organizations.
• Track record of driving customer growth through datadriven initiatives.
• You are selfdriven leader capable of coaching and develop your teams of specialists.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders including executive teams partners and customers.
• A collaborative team player who values shared success.
