Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure reliable sourcing of products and services.
Prepare and process purchase orders ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure competitive procurement strategies.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand and fulfill purchasing requirements.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities contracts and supplier performance.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and services while addressing any delays or discrepancies.
Conduct periodic evaluations of suppliers and manage vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and company standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer or in a similar procurement role.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes supply chain management and market research.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred.
Must have valid Qatar id and able to join immediate.
