Job Description
Cricuts Software Product Management team is growing and we are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and vision of how content is consumed on our platform. The ideal candidate will help drive the evolution of how images fonts projects and other Cricut content is discovered and used on our platform while partnering closely with our search team to ensure a seamless experience on the platform. This entails collaborating on the roadmap and strategy for content structure to support usability of our Design Space Content. This role will also help drive future strategies that can leverage our content to drive continued engagement on and off of our platform.
Responsibilities:
As a Product Manager you are responsible for the following:
- Define share and evangelize the product vision across the organization build a prioritized roadmap and make actionable progress towards that vision
- Gather insights from numerous sources metrics member feedback customer research competitive analysis etc. and then translate their user needs into deliverable product requirements
- Working with UX QA Content and Software Development teams to bring new products to market
- Working with product marketing to execute marketing plans; analyzing performance post launch with QA and Analytics teams; and overseeing the daytoday operations of the software.
- Use data to identify content gaps and collaborate with the content team to support content acquisition/production
- Work as part of a team to understand the relationships between different content types and create a content strategy plan

Qualifications :
- Preferred 35 years experience in the software product management role a plus if you have zerotoone experience
- Approach product management as an owner understanding crossfunctionally from ideation execution launch and beyond what is needed for a product to succeed
- Excellent tactical and strategic thinking as well as interpersonal written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- You have experience in defining innovative products and experiences as well as leading teams
- You should possess a proven ability to translate member insights into member experience and business strategy recommendations
- Collaborative and reliable team member who can play a leadership role on crossfunctional teams with a proven ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment
- Decisionmaking experiences demonstrating appropriate balance between thoughtful research and the need for timeliness
- You have a can do attitude and work towards bringing positivity and solutions to user problems
- Keen attention to detail and systems thinking
- Ability to effectively plan measures of success organize analyze and present data with solutions
- Passion for crafting and creative content
- Knowledge of Search and/or Content Discovery and/or Content Personalization a plus
- Knowledge of CMS and/or SEO also plus
