Research Analyst Manager Solar Media

We are currently recruiting for a Research Analyst Manager to work within the Market Research team. As the Research Analyst Manager you will report to the Head of Market Research.

• Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead mentor and manage a team of research analysts fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to the team in creating maintaining and updating databasedriven reports.
  • Oversee the tracking of market activity and the gathering of intelligence from multiple sources.

• Strategic Market Research:

  • Conceive test and create new reports using our extensive databases and contacts within our core segments.
  • Represent the market research portfolio at live events webinars and through contributed written thought leadership published across our inhouse media assets.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders including industry players trade organizations and government policy advisors.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure the commercial success of researchdriven products.

• Technical Skills and Industry Knowledge:

  • Maintain and update reports with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in the renewables sector and strong understanding of related industries. 
  • Possess strong project planning skills.

Qualifications :

• Proven ability to lead mentor and manage a team of research analysts.
• Strong advisory skills to guide team members in identifying market gaps and creating compelling concepts for market research.
• Expertise in identifying market gaps and developing innovative market research strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively to generate valuable market insights.
• Initiative to uncover exceptional market insights through extensive engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in working with sales and marketing teams to ensure the commercial success of researchdriven products.
• A keen interest and knowledge in solar and renewable energy sectors.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate key trends and statistics effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant degree or equivalent education level preferably in data analytics environmental sciences or other rigorously quantitative fields.
