Job Description
The communication team play a key role in how our colleagues and other key stakeholders perceive and engage with us. We are building and protecting our brand and support our strategy by telling the story of our journey. You will be responsible for supporting developing and implementing global communication activities in line with the company branding and strategy towards both internal and external stakeholders.
You will also be responsible for ensuring brand identity in content and narrative as well as consistency and quality across all own channels. Project communication support such as branding activities and change communications will also be part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating developing editing and publishing highquality content across channels for internal and external audiences and various platforms in line with our communication plan
Interview people who have a story to tell and quickly bring those stories forward
Create own content to support our strategy and brand
Optimising use of the channel eco system to leverage the stories i.e. SharePoint Intranet Digital screens townhalls LinkedIn corporate website etc
Closely collaborate with IR Digital and other stakeholders including local affiliates and global functions
Coordinate and manage daytoday tasks and incoming requests for content images videos translations publishing etc both internally and externally
Maintain the Communication editorial calendar
Qualifications :
You are a passionate storyteller with a talent for writing and editing a doer that get things done in time and have a handson approach confidence to respectfully guide others regarding content channels and messages
Key Qualifications
Higher education in communication and/or marketing (or equivalent) is required.
Experience with global corporate communications work in general both internal and external communication and both in Swedish and English.
Pharma industry experience OR experience with another highly regulated sector is extra beneficial.
Journalism and/or experience from copywriting/interviewing.
Skilled & fluent in both English and Swedish business language is required.
Knowledge of SharePoint Online Teams Video creation LinkedIn website management and multichannel content creation work.
