Job Description
The Director of Plant Construction Management will play a crucial role in steering the construction of our renewable natural gas plants. This position demands a leader with robust project management skills an unwavering commitment to quality and safety and a deep understanding of industrial construction and renewable energy sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Direct and manage all phases of plant construction projects from planning through to execution ensuring completion on time and within budget.
- Budget Management: Develop and oversee project budgets ensuring costeffective use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Timeline Coordination: Establish and maintain accurate project timelines coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure all construction meets industry standards and company expectations.
- Safety Standards: Promote and maintain a culture of safety ensuring all construction activities comply with safety regulations and best practices.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor construction teams fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and innovation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with engineering teams project managers and external partners to align construction efforts with overall project goals.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing multiple concurrent construction projects preferably in renewable energy or industrial sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successful team management.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on budget and timeline adherence.
- Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and quality standards.
- Exceptional communication skills capable of engaging effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
