Job Description
Were seeking a skilled and dedicated Master Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic to join our team at our Kingman AZ location. This position offers an exciting opportunity to maintain and ensure the optimal performance of over 40 pieces of various heavy equipment types.
What youll do:
- Repair overhaul or modify vehicles and equipment that are complex and involve complicated and varied systems
- Improvise modifications to equipment to correct reoccurring malfunctions
- Perform maintenance diagnosis and repair of heavy equipment of various types
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical electrical and hydraulic issues in a timely manner.
- Oversee & manage PMs on equipment as needed on a scheduled basis.
- Manage repairs & work orders.
- Communicate timeframes expectations and issues to Maintenance Supervisor and the leadership team.
- Consistently look for and identify equipment issues that could cause a safety issue or equipment failure ultimately causing downtime with the unit.
- Focused on getting routine maintenance done within the allotted time frame.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications :
Experience:
- Prior experience in Diesel HE Mechanics
- 3 years of relatable work experience.
- Industry technical certifications AC/MACS 609 preferred
- Experience in Sennebogen Diagnostics
- Experience in CAT ET Cummins Insite CAT SIS software and diagnostics as well as paperback manual diagnostic
- Leadership ability able to work & manage a team in a very fastpaced environment with highpressure situations.
- Must have a valid U.S. drivers license and the legal right to work in the U.S.
- Must pass an initial background drug test and prehire physical screening.
