Job Description
- Redistribute waste in rolloff bins with a 8k telehandler forklift.
- Line rolloff bins with plastic liners.
- Maintain a clean work area by sweeping and hosing down floors.
- Spot for drivers and fellow technicians.
- Monitor 2 different waste streams as they fill up rolloff bins and check both every 30 minutes.
- Hose down the outside of rolloff bins as they come back from the landfill.
- Occasionally chip hardened waste from the inside of rolloff bins.
- Use bucket attachment for forklift to scoop out waste from overfilled bins.
- Complete required documentation accurately timely and legibly in accordance with applicable regulations customer policies practices and procedures.
- Perform other reasonably related tasked as assigned by management.
Qualifications :
- Must be able to slide heavy lids on and off the rolloff bins
- Visual acuity to read labels and documentation; depth perception to safely drive forklifts
- Ability to hear vehicle warning chimes and alarms
- Ability to work outdoors in all climate conditions and indoors in nonclimatecontrolled conditions
- Willingness and ability to wear companyissued personal protection equipment including safety glasses hard had steel toed shoes gloves Tyvek coveralls and respirator.
