You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailManage design develop create and maintain construction projects in a safe timely and sustainable manner Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps reports tests drawings and other) Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications Assess potential risks materials and costs Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies Monitor progress and compile reports in project status Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required. Analyzing operational problems and developing solutions for issues Evaluating the safety of structures to determine if they need repair or reconstruction Evaluating the efficiency of existing systems and developing plans for improvement based on their findings Supervising the construction process to ensure that the project meets the set budget and timeline requirements Uses design software and drawing tools to accurately render and communicate designs Estimates materials equipment and labor needed to determine project costs Performs other related duties as assigned
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD
