Job Description
A day in your life with us :
- Manage accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments
- Securing the timely update and reconciliation of the companys data regarding General Ledger and Analytical Accounting;
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Assist with monthend and yearend close processes.
- Following up the bank and cash balances;
- Participating in the operational accounting process;
- Preparation of internal and external ad hoc reports;
- Participating in the monthly and yearend closing process;
- Communication with auditors banks and other external parties.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools
- Experience with financial reporting analysis and forecasting
- Familiarity with Moroccan tax laws and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
- Fluency in English is a must.
Additional Information :
This position is fulltime and is located in Tetouan Morocco. Some travel may be required.
