Job Description
As a (Senior) Manager you will assume responsibility for managing the teams and deliver project work across a range of clients. Your role in the team is also mentoring and developing junior team members. You know how to motivate your colleagues to become the best version of themselves. At new and existing clients you are responsible for driving growth and improving revenue. Producing proposals and tracking the latest developments across the financial services industry is included in this purpose. By extending the clientele of Sia Partners you and your Sia colleagues will contribute to the development of the brand in the Dutch market.
As part of a diverse and motivated team you will be involved in a range of projects with our clients covering the following areas:
Business improvement: business processes study mapping & reengineering performance management design & implementation benchmarks & analysis; Regulatory/Operational Risk transformation: analysis of the impacts of regulation organization & processes compliance; Innovation: discovery and validation of emerging business opportunities managing the development of prototypes development of the market entry plan; Project management: management of business projects with both internal stakeholders and third parties.
Qualifications :
- You have completed your Masters Degree.
- You have at least 6 years of experience within management consulting and a good track record.
- English & Dutch speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills French is considered a plus.
- You have a strong network within the Dutch banking or insurance market.
- Strong entrepreneurial drive; thrives on growth with regard to client development and business development.
