Job Description
Sia Partners Internship Program for Young Saudi Nationals Numuw
The program is designed to promote a range of creative talent that will be managed through mobility across multiple departments and business units in a structured process as part of a training program that lasts for (6) months providing trainees in each course with the necessary knowledge and skills as well as the opportunity to apply academic knowledge and skills in a professional environment and to support and promote professional goals.
In addition to working in teams with diverse learning backgrounds with good assistance guidance and support from one or more expert leaders highperformance candidates will have a good chance of obtaining a (permanent) post after completion of the training.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in (Finance Accounting Business Administration)
- Masters degree is a plus.
- 01 years of relevant work experience preferably worked in consulting.
- Fluent in Arabic and in English (written and verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Analytical and quantitative problemsolving skills
- Ability to adapt rapidly and work on a range of different business areas within a challenging environment and tight deadlines.
